By downloading, installing, or using Makkuro ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Makkuro is a nutrition tracking application that allows you to log meals, track macronutrients (calories, protein, carbs, fat), and manage a food library.
The App is provided for personal, informational use only.
Makkuro is not a medical tool. All nutritional data, calorie counts, and macro breakdowns are approximations and should not be relied upon for medical decisions.
All data you enter into Makkuro is stored locally on your device. We do not operate servers that store your data. You are responsible for your own data and backups.
If you delete the App, your data will be permanently lost unless you have backed it up through your device's backup mechanisms (e.g., iCloud, Google backup).
Makkuro offers optional integration with third-party services:
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that nutritional estimates will be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall the developers of Makkuro be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
